Method     

  • Take a bowl, add chopped methi, onion, green Chillies, ginger, salt, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, Black pepper, chilli powder and mix all ingredients and squeeze well.
  • Then add java flour, jackfruit flour in it and with help of water, make dough. Keep aside.

Beans Fry and Daal Fry

  • Take cast iron karahi, add oil in it. Add shallots, green chillies, onion in it.
  • Add curry leaves and fry well.
  • Then add beans in it, salt, turmeric powder, black pepper, and pour water.
  • Cover with lid and allow the beans to cook on low flame.
  • Open the lid, give it a stir.

For daal

  • Put daal, tomato paste, turmeric powder, and salt, then cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
  • For tadka, heat oil, then add cumin seeds and fry.
  • Add chopped onion, garlic cloves, green chillies, asafoetida, turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli, coriander powder and fry well.
  • Add coriander leaves and fry well.

For Roti

  • For jowar, jackfruit powder Roti
  • Take tawa, apply oil on it and heat the tawa well.
  • Make a ball with flour, thereafter, put it on the middle of the tawa and press with finger,  make a roti.
  • Apply oil on it and cover with lid and let it cook on low flame.
  • Flip it over and serve it.
